Las Vegas Market 2013 To Be Attended by Top Furniture Brands

Four powerhouse brands within the design industry will open showrooms within Las Vegas Design Center at World Market Center in time for the Winter 2013 Las Vegas Market, scheduled January 28-February 1: Christopher Guy, Stanley Furniture, Julian Chichester/Mr. Brown and Norwalk Furniture.  These four new-to-market showrooms encompass more than 26,000 square.

2013 is slated to be a milestone year for Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC), already regarded as the region’s premier resource for many of the best and most sought after design brands and the home of two bi-annual home furnishings markets.  According to Paul Watson, vice president of LVDC, 2013 is shaping up to be a banner year that brings some of the most exciting, innovative and well-respected design names to the 40-plus showroom center that caters to the interior design trade.  

These brands join the center’s existing design stars open year-round, including Robert Allen│Beacon Hill, Global Views, Four Hands, Capel Rugs, Palecek, and multi-line showroom LMS Design Group.

World-renowned Christopher Guy will open an 8,184 square-foot showroom on the first floor of Building A, A100. Originally known for a wide-range of decorative mirrors, the Christopher Guy brand has grown into a collection of upholstery, chairs, dining tables, sofas, headboards, office furniture and more.

Next door, bellwether manufacturer Stanley Furniture is set to open two new showrooms in A109 and A110 totaling 11,549 square feet, the company’s first trade showroom expansion west of the Mississippi.British manufacturer Julian Chichester will debut a 2,693 square-foot showroom for its Mr. Brown line in A133.  Upholstered furniture leader Norwalk Furniture is launching a 4,194 square-foot showroom on the second floor of Building A.  Norwalk Furniture offers classic designs, over 850 fabrics and leathers, and highly customizable offerings all made in the USA.

These four new showrooms will be joined by several other major brands scheduled to open later in 2013, making LVDC the premier west coast destination for interior designers and retailers seeking the best in design.
