Paul Toms gets a Promotion at Joss & Main

Joss & Main, one of the leading private-sale sites for, has made an official announcement of making Paul Toms, their new General Manager. The private-sale site for the home goods is regarded as one of the most highly trafficked web portal and it operates at $200 million run rate with more than 5 million members.

The new role will allow Toms to lead the operations and drive the growth strategy for this site, in this constantly evolving flash sale market. Before getting this promotion, Toms served as a senior director of marketing for Joss & Main and he focused on the aspects related to member acquisition & engagement along with product development.

Before joining Joss & Main, Toms spent five years at as a developer of core business units in analytics, digital advertising and customer segmentation. Last year he was chosen as a member of the MITX Feature Leaders Group, thereby justifying Joss & Main’s decision of making him their new leader.
