Philippines CITEM Returns to the ICFF

The International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) announces the return of the Philippines Center for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM), after 13-years. The CITEM contingent, Design Philippines, numbers 15 companies deep, guaranteeing the Philippines a significant presence on the floor of New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center during this year’s global market, May 17-20. Designed with a system of hanging metal frames, the CITEM exhibit will show the impressive wealth of products available from its participants.

Alexandra Cabat, ICFF’s sales director, says, “With its superb craftspeople and up-to-the-minute production facilities, the Philippines are among the world’s great design resources. We’re thrilled to welcome CITEM back to North America’s premier platform for global design after a hiatus. The presence and numbers of the Design Philippines contingent at the 26th annual ICFF signals that the international design world recognizes the ICFF as one of the world’s most powerful markets for international design.”
